The new Fontainebleau Fraises takes a traditional French dessert and elevates it to new heights. Combining fromage blanc and chantilly cream, this spring treat features a delightful surprise of textured chocolate made from coconut and hazelnuts, paired with roasted strawberries. To top it off, fresh strawberries and lime zest add a pop of color, capturing the essence of spring. This dessert is beautifully complemented by a chocolate ice cream adorned with a cardamom-scented granola crafted from sunflower seeds, buckwheat, and hemp seeds.

Finished with a sprinkle of fresh lemon zest and delicate chocolate petals, this dessert is a delightful fusion of bold chocolate flavor and fresh yuzu notes, perfect for the spring season.

This afternoon tea experience also includes unique creations such as praline coffee, chocolate mousse coffee shaped like coffee beans, and the traditional French pastry Pan Suisse Chocolat. Guests can also indulge in the Financier Polenta, Cake Chocolate Pistachio topped with fluffy cream and pistachio, and a sakura-designed chocolate filled with matcha and almond praline, totaling around ten delectable offerings.
