NOVOSENSE to Present Cutting-Edge Automotive and AI Power Technologies at electronica 2026

NOVOSENSE to Present at Electronica 2026

NOVOSENSE Microelectronics, a leading semiconductor company known for cutting-edge analog and mixed-signal integrated circuits (ICs), has announced its participation in electronica 2026, scheduled from November 10 to 13. This notable event, located at the Trade Fair Center Messe München in Germany, serves as a global platform for innovations in the electronics sector.

Innovations in Power IC Technology

At their stand in Hall C5, Booth 159, NOVOSENSE will showcase groundbreaking technologies in both automotive applications and AI data center power integrated circuits. The company's focus centers around providing seamless integration of ICs designed for control, power conversion, sensing, isolation, and communication, ultimately aiming to simplify client development and enhance system performance.

On November 10, Eason Fang from NOVOSENSE will present an enlightening lecture titled "Beyond Isolation: Enabling the Next Generation of 800V Electric Vehicle Architectures" at the Automotive Forum. This presentation will highlight innovative methodologies and technologies that pave the way for future electric vehicle infrastructure.

Comprehensive Demonstrations

During the event, NOVOSENSE plans to conduct demonstrations that exemplify its capabilities in AI data center power solutions. Key components on display will include:
  • - Isolation+ Portfolio: Comprising digital isolation, isolated sensing and interfaces, isolated power, and gate drivers, alongside current and voltage sensing and signal conditioning features.
  • - A new Server Power Supply Unit (PSU) which incorporates a bridgeless totem-pole Power Factor Correction (PFC) stage and a full-bridge LLC converter. This PSU efficiently converts 220 VAC to 12 VDC.
  • - A high-voltage DC-DC reference design aimed at converting 400 V using an all-Silicon Carbide (SiC) power stage, achieving peak efficiency of 99%. The design includes provisions for both synchronous and asynchronous buck operation, hence offering flexibility in operations.

In addition, the modular architecture allows for easy replacement of control, gate driving, auxiliary power, and sensing modules, thereby facilitating straightforward device comparison and validation of solutions.

Automotive Innovations

For automotive applications, NOVOSENSE will introduce a novel crash power module engineered to assist in emergency situations. This device significantly enhances safety features by supporting emergency door unlocking and effective energy management during collisions. It operates by boosting energy stored in a supercapacitor when the vehicle's low-voltage battery supply is compromised.

Moreover, in areas pertaining to electric vehicle charging and cabin functionalities, NOVOSENSE will display a demo based on the NSUC1527. This demo showcases ambient lighting that not only informs about charge type and battery status but also enhances the interior experience through dynamic lighting effects, supporting up to 27 LEDs.

Other highlighted exhibits will include technologies for motor and load driving tailored for body control and zonal architectures, automotive LED drivers, high-speed camera and display interfaces, and ultrasonic radar ICs specifically dedicated to parking assistance.

Conclusion

To learn more about NOVOSENSE's innovations and explore their full range of products, attendees are encouraged to visit Hall C5, Booth 159 throughout the duration of electronica 2026. With such an impressive repertoire of technology displays and presentations, NOVOSENSE is poised to make a significant impact at this year's event.
