The Stork Foundation's Brunch for Hope: A Pioneering Event to Raise Infertility Awareness and Fund IVF Initiatives

The Stork Foundation's Brunch for Hope: A Commitment to Infertility Support

The Stork Foundation for Infertility, a nonprofit organization focused on alleviating the financial burdens associated with infertility, is thrilled to announce the upcoming third Annual Brunch for Hope. Scheduled for Sunday, May 18, 2025, this much-anticipated event will unfold at the historic Revel Motor Row in Chicago, Illinois. With a goal to raise funds and promote awareness surrounding infertility, it promises a day filled with hope and community.

On the agenda is a VIP sparkling welcome at 10:30 AM, followed by a sumptuous brunch and a captivating program starting at 11:00 AM. The event aims to foster a sense of connection among participants, all while contributing positively to the lives of those grappling with infertility challenges. Funds generated through ticket sales will go directly to the Stork Foundation’s fertility grant program, which provides essential support for individuals and families facing the high costs of infertility treatments.

Among the highlighted features of the event is a speech from Elizabeth Carr, the first baby conceived through in vitro fertilization (IVF) in the United States. Carr shares her journey, emphasizing the emotional struggles individuals often face. "Infertility is a deeply personal and often isolating journey. Events like Brunch for Hope remind us that no one has to face it alone. Together, we can foster understanding, provide support, and create opportunities for families to grow," she states.

Meredith Weber, President of the Stork Foundation, reinforces the event’s significance: "The Brunch for Hope is more than just an event—it’s a movement. It’s about bringing people together to create a community of support and understanding. Every ticket purchased and every donation made helps us change lives and bring hope to those facing infertility."

Tickets for the Brunch for Hope can be purchased online at the Stork Foundation’s official event page, with General Admission tickets priced at $75 and VIP tickets available for $125, offering exclusive benefits to attendees.

The event this year has drawn support from generous sponsors including Pinnacle Fertility (Institute for Human Reproduction), The Molo Family, Blue Owl, Morgan Stanley, Advocate, mockingbird, kindbody, Bridge Therapy, Pannos Law, and CK Supply. Their commitment amplifies the efforts to draw attention to infertility issues and support those in need.

For more than three years, the Stork Foundation has remained committed to raising awareness about infertility while providing hope and assistance to those struggling with the costly medical treatments required to achieve parenthood. Since its establishment in 2020, the Foundation has awarded 36 grants totaling upwards of $360,000 to individuals seeking financial assistance for infertility treatments, leading to the birth of 16 Stork babies thus far, with more expected early in 2025.
