The Protean Career Association, under the guidance of its leaders, will conduct this session aimed at enhancing the relationship between organizations and individuals. Cost: Free (pre-registration required).

About the Speakers

Kazuya Kurihara, having started his career as a systems engineer in a leading IT service company, transitioned to HR, innovating hiring strategies and leading significant recruitment efforts. Since going independent in 2022, he has been dedicated to supporting corporate career and organizational development.

Takashi Mori transitioned from banking to educational consulting, contributing to career education and business contests at the high school level. He has received accolades for his innovative approaches within his roles and currently provides corporate consulting and training.
