Financial Arrangement and Benefits

Under the terms of a 20-year agreement, Pivot Energy will develop, own, and operate the solar project while CoorsTek will benefit from utility bill credits for the energy generated. Remarkably, CoorsTek will not incur any upfront capital costs or operational responsibilities associated with the project. Moreover, the company will retain all renewable energy credits (RECs) produced by the solar facility, further aligning with its renewable energy and emissions reduction objectives.
