DoGo Power Unveils Smart Energy Storage Systems at EcoEnergy Expo 2026 in Kyiv

DoGo Power Showcases Innovative Smart Energy Storage Solutions

DoGo Power has made a significant impact at the recently opened EcoEnergy Expo 2026 in Kyiv, Ukraine. Positioned as one of the leading exhibitions for renewable energy in Eastern Europe, the event has brought together key players in the green energy sector under the motto "Lighting Up the World." DoGo Power seized this opportunity to present its cutting-edge Grid-Forming Energy Storage Systems (ESS), aimed at addressing the specific needs of the commercial and industrial (CI) energy market.

As Ukraine progresses towards its energy transition goals, it has set an ambitious target of achieving 1.5 to 2 GW of installed energy storage capacity by 2030. This goal is particularly crucial for the agricultural supply chain in Ukraine, which ranks among the critical agricultural exporters globally. This sector increasingly relies on stable electricity supply and decentralized energy resources, creating rising demand for effective energy storage integration into agricultural production and research.

Advanced Energy Solutions

The smart grid-forming energy supply system developed by DoGo Power is meticulously designed to meet real local needs. Their flagship 4S platform integrates four core systems: Energy Management System (EMS), Power Management System (PMS), Power Conversion System (PCS), and Battery Management System (BMS). This integration operates within a three-layer "Dispatch-Coordination-Control" architecture, ensuring response times in milliseconds and seamless transitions between grid-connected and off-grid operations within an impressive 20 milliseconds. The system demonstrates stability in low-power grids with a Short Circuit Ratio (SCR) of 1 or higher, a critical feature for supporting agricultural science and production.

Incorporating the Eco AI tool series, DoGo Power’s system utilizes intelligent algorithms to optimize energy distribution and operational parameters, ultimately lowering Operating and Maintenance (O&M) costs over the system’s entire lifecycle. This innovation aligns with Ukraine’s urgent requirements for enhanced grid stability and remotely manageable, maintenance-friendly operations.

The ESS flagship container, with a capacity of 1.672 MWh and 10-foot length, encapsulates the functionalities of six individual ESS cabinets, each offering over 260 kWh. Also included are a combination cabinet, an on/off-grid cabinet, and a separation transformer. This setup significantly reduces initial capital expenditure (CAPEX) costs by 1.2 cents/Wh and minimizes environmental footprint by 35%, while also cutting down labor costs and project timelines by 5 to 7 days. Furthermore, the device operates as a standalone microgrid, capable of supporting various energy sources, and maintaining a seamless switch between grid connection and island operation within 20 ms. This flexibility, along with adjusted power options and compatibility with third-party inverters, facilitates optimal system sizing and utilization of existing setups.

Driving Collaborative Innovation

In conjunction with the expo, DoGo Power conducted a thematic workshop titled "Scenario-Oriented + Grid Forming + AI," which attracted experts from grid technology, agricultural research institutions, and industrial partners. The workshop addressed application pathways and business models for grid-forming storage technologies, thereby supporting grid stability, decentralized energy generation coordination, and integrated agriculture-related source-consumer-storage systems. This initiative aims to create an inter-industry platform for industrial collaboration.

During the expo, DoGo Power secured cooperative agreements with three significant partners. In collaboration with the Institute of Horticulture under the National Academy of Agrarian Science of Ukraine (IH NAAS), the company plans to install over 200 smart grid-forming ESS across research sites and experimental farms in the coming years. This effort directly addresses challenges such as data loss and unstable productivity due to grid outages in agricultural research scenarios.

In partnership with local industry players NotaTrade and MIF, DoGo Power also commits to providing reliable ESS and comprehensive service guarantees over the entire lifecycle to distributors and end users.

Looking ahead, DoGo Power is set to continue its collaboration with local Ukrainian industrial partners, delivering scenario-based, grid-forming smart energy storage products and solutions. This commitment will ensure reliable technical support for energy supply stability and foster the country's green transition.
