DoGo Power Reveals Innovative Energy Storage Solution at EcoEnergy Expo

DoGo Power Showcases Smart Grid-Forming ESS at EcoEnergy Expo

The EcoEnergy Expo 2026, an important trade show focusing on renewable energy in Eastern Europe, opened its doors in Kyiv on October 14, 2026. This year’s expo carries the theme "Lighting Up the World", showcasing various innovations in energy technology. Among the notable exhibitors, DoGo Power is making waves with its advanced energy storage solutions (ESS) designed to facilitate the shift to cleaner, more reliable energy sources.

DoGo Power is squarely focusing on the commercial and industrial (C&I) market, developing products that promise to deliver affordable and stable green power. Ukraine's ambitious energy goals include reaching an installed storage capacity between 1.5 to 2 GW by 2030, primarily to support its agricultural sector, a vital part of the nation's economy. The deployment of energy storage solutions is crucial for ensuring a consistent electricity supply needed for agricultural production, especially in times of increasing grid instability.

The centerpiece of DoGo Power’s offering is its smart grid-forming ESS, which is built on a sophisticated platform known as the 4S platform. This technology consolidates four critical systems—Energy Management System (EMS), Power Management System (PMS), Power Conversion System (PCS), and Battery Management System (BMS). By utilizing a three-layer infrastructure of "Dispatch-Coordination-Control", the system can quickly respond to power needs, achieving seamless transitions between grid-tied and off-grid modes in just 20 milliseconds. This capability is particularly beneficial in environments where the grid might be weak, as the system maintains stable operations even with a Short Circuit Ratio (SCR) of 1 or higher.

A standout product is the 1.672 MWh 10-foot Container, which aggregates the functionalities equivalent to six conventional 260 kWh ESS cabinets. This integrated solution not only helps reduce initial capital expenditure by 1.2 cents per watt but also minimizes the space required for installation by 35%. Additionally, it streamlines labor costs and shortens project timelines by 5-7 days. The system operates as a self-sufficient micro-grid, supporting multiple energy sources while ensuring rapid switching capabilities between connected and off-grid states. Its customizable capacity options, along with compatibility with third-party inverters, allow customers to tailor their solutions according to specific needs, maximizing resource utilization.

In conjunction with the exhibition, DoGo Power led a workshop titled "Scenario-oriented + Grid-Forming + AI". Experts in grid technologies, agricultural researchers, and industry stakeholders gathered to discuss the interplay between grid-forming storage systems and agricultural applications. This collaborative forum was designed to cultivate ideas for enhancing grid stability and establishing a more integrated energy ecosystem encompassing agriculture, energy load, and storage solutions.

During the event, DoGo Power secured partnerships with three significant organizations. Most notably, an agreement with the Institute of Horticulture of the National Academy of Agrarian Sciences of Ukraine (IH NAAS) was established. This partnership aims to install over 200 smart grid-forming ESS units at various research facilities and experimental farms over the coming years. This initiative is targeted at eliminating the disruptions caused by electrical outages that impact agricultural experiments, reinforcing the operational integrity of the agricultural research system. Collaborations with local partners such as NotaTrade and MIF will facilitate reliable ESS offerings along with comprehensive lifetime service assurances to end users.

As Ukraine continues its journey toward energy resilience, DoGo Power stands committed to working alongside local industrial partners to deliver intelligent, scenario-oriented energy storage solutions. Through these endeavors, the company aims to bolster the stability of Ukraine's energy supply while supporting its transition to greener energy practices. This innovative approach positions DoGo Power not just as a supplier, but as a pivotal player in the evolving landscape of sustainable energy in the region.
