Celebration of Cultural Exchange Marks End of Hollyland's WeConnect 2025 Campaign

Hollyland's WeConnect 2025 Campaign Wrap-Up

On September 12, 2025, Hollyland celebrated the conclusion of its WeConnect 2025 campaign, an initiative aimed at bridging technology with culture and creativity. After nearly two months of diverse activities, the campaign culminated on what is now known as 'Hollyland Brand Day'. Through a blend of offline experiences and digital initiatives, WeConnect 2025 successfully broke down geographical and cultural barriers, fostering intercultural exploration and creative collaboration.

A prominent component of this initiative was the 'WeConnect 2025 China Tour', which involved over 30 global filmmakers and creative influencers. This tour took participants, including renowned personalities like Landon Bytheway from Full Time Filmmaker and content creator Jairo Eslava, on an exciting five-day journey through Shenzhen and Chongqing.

The tour kicked off on August 27 at Hollyland's headquarters in Shenzhen, where icebreaker activities fostered quick connections among the attendees. They engaged in hands-on experiences with innovative technologies, such as advanced microphone laser engraving and the newly launched VenusLiv Air livestreaming camera. A personal chat forum deepened discussions, setting the stage for collaborative explorations.

In Chongqing, the itinerary shifted focus to cultural immersion. Participants enjoyed various local customs, from a vibrant hotpot dinner to the captivating Sichuan Opera mask-changing performance, and even a traditional tea demonstration. These experiences allowed the creatives to appreciate the city’s rich heritage and dynamic traditions. Notably, they documented their journey through the lens of their cameras, capturing everything from the unique train ride through skyscrapers to stunning nightscapes of Hongyadong, embodying the rhythm and contrasts of the city.

The last day involved an exploration of Chongqing’s historical photography studios and various hands-on activities showcasing intangible cultural heritage, like ink rubbing and palm moxibustion. These experiences aimed to forge deeper emotional connections with the local culture, illustrating how Hollyland’s advanced technology seamlessly integrates into everyday life.

While the tour focused on high-tech innovation, it also emphasized the importance of cultural experiences and collaboration among creators from diverse backgrounds. Participants were encouraged to appreciate diversity and build meaningful connections, working toward shared goals that embodied the essence of the campaign.

Parallel to the China tour, the 'Hollyland Academy Special Version' unfolded across nine countries, integrating local cultural practices into creative workshops covering everything from Egyptian salad preparation to Brazilian barbecue. This brought together culinary arts and technology, aligning perfectly with the campaign's mission: to connect cultural inspiration with skills development.

On the digital front, Hollyland invited a global audience to participate in shaping the initiative. One of the most engaging highlights was the Sound Museum, where participants contributed auditory impressions reflecting cultural or technical themes from their daily lives. The project garnered a remarkable 5,044 contributions, culminating in a collective 'sound bridge' that interconnected cultures through shared sounds, reinforcing the WeConnect campaign's core theme of cultural integration.

Similarly, the Hello World initiative visually expanded this vision, where participants reinterpreted everyday scenes from different cultural perspectives. This showcased the richness of global creativity and spotlighted the resonance of technological collaboration.

The Theme Song Lab allowed users to co-create music that transcended cultural and regional boundaries, resulting in over 11,000 likes and 500 heartfelt comments. Two winning tracks by Patricia Bermúdez and IAMJUSTSKAY emerged, capturing the spirit of inclusivity and collaboration.

Surprise boxes were dispatched on September 1, enabling even more Hollyland users to join in on the excitement of discovery and participation.

Although the WeConnect 2025 campaign has officially concluded, Hollyland reaffirms its commitment to support creators by fostering technological innovations that inspire creativity, strengthen global connections, and demonstrate how the fusion of technology and culture paves the way for limitless collaboration.
