Key Award Winners

Landlord Representative of the Year

The highly-coveted Landlord Representative of the Year award for 2024 went to Jack Russo, the Senior Vice President of Agency Leasing at JLL. Throughout the past year, he successfully closed 87 significant deals, showcasing his prowess and dedication to the profession.

Deal of the Year

The Deal of the Year award was awarded to Nina Seyyedin and Warren Savery from CBRE, for orchestrating the Camden Property Lease. The accomplishment involved facilitating a substantial 104,000 square foot lease at Williams Tower, where Camden will be relocating its headquarters to floors 25 through 29 in late 2025. The deal was highly contentious and required astute negotiation skills, ultimately moving Camden from its longstanding location in the Greenway submarket.
