Zoomlion Expands European Service Network with Enhanced Support and Training Options

Zoomlion Heavy Industry Science & Technology Co., Ltd. has significantly enhanced its service capacities in Europe as part of a comprehensive expansion initiative. This expansion encompasses over 30 cities in more than 20 countries across the continent, with the establishment of nearly 10 training centers supporting the company's extensive service offerings. The improved service network is designed to provide professional training, logistical support for spare parts, and technical assistance, alongside a commitment to delivering on-site assistance within four hours for customers across six critical product lines.

Recently, Zoomlion opened its first international training center for concrete machinery in Poland. Developed and coordinated by their Polish subsidiary, this center is aimed at addressing the operational and maintenance needs of concrete machinery users throughout Europe. On its inaugural day, the center executed a tailored two-day training program on concrete pump trucks for seven technical specialists from a European client, highlighting its immediate impact and relevance.

This new center exemplifies Zoomlion's broader European service model, crafted to meet local customers' demands for spare parts availability, timely delivery, technical documentation, professional training, and complex fault diagnosis. Should on-site support be necessary, Zoomlion's service technicians can reach customers within four hours. Service requests can be submitted via the Zoomlion hotline, email, the MyZoomlion digital platform, QR codes affixed to the equipment, or through official social media channels, with an impressive initial response time of just one hour.

The expanded service network in Europe supports a vast range of machinery, including earthmoving equipment, aerial work platforms, construction cranes, concrete machinery, agricultural vehicles, and industrial trucks. In addition, Zoomlion has bolstered its regional infrastructure for spare parts and training within its European service framework. Germany serves as the regional hub for Zoomlion, centralizing machine distribution, spare parts supply, significant repairs, and professional training. This core hub is supplemented by national spare parts centers located in Rotterdam, Paris, Birmingham, and Warsaw, along with city-level spare parts depots.

Moreover, Zoomlion has established large training centers in Germany, Hungary, and Poland and has additional training sites in France, the Netherlands, and the United Kingdom. Looking ahead, Zoomlion plans to increase its local technical teams, enhance spare part stocks, improve remote diagnostic capabilities, and extend its four-hour service model beyond major European urban centers. The company also aims to expedite access to service resources and spare parts procurement, ensuring swift support for clients.

As part of its comprehensive localization strategy, Zoomlion will continue to tailor its service networks to meet the needs and operational conditions of various international markets. This approach aims to improve responsiveness and customer support across the entire lifecycle of its products on a global scale. The ongoing adaptability of Zoomlion’s services is part of its commitment to fostering customer satisfaction and operational efficiency in all regions it serves.
