As the warm days of early summer start to roll in, Kuroju is set to delight its patrons with a seasonal menu that encapsulates the essence of summer. Starting from May 28, Kuroju showcases a variety of dishes crafted from the season's finest ingredients including the sweet "Gold Rush" corn and rich fresh sea urchin. Each dish has been thoughtfully prepared to highlight flavors that are quintessentially summertime.

1. Sea Urchin and Gold Rush Corn Butter Kamameshi
