5. Increasing exports such that over half of sales come from international markets.
To realize these targets, the Deputy General Manager, Hu Jun, emphasized the importance of a focused approach on core business activities, brand strengthening, and a commitment to sustainable long-term development.
Innovating the Future: New Models on the Horizon
Moreover, Mr. Jiang Sheng, another Deputy General Manager, revealed plans to launch five new models within the next five years while updating existing ones. This addition aims to diversify the product offering and appeal to a wider audience. By 2030, the company plans to establish a production network that includes six Complete Knock Down (CKD) setups and 13 Semi-Knocked Down (SKD) facilities, targeting an impressive annual production capacity of over 300,000 units.

To further its reach, Kaiyi Auto intends to expand its operations into more than 80 countries and regions. The establishment of over 1,000 sales and service branches is a critical component of this strategy, aimed at creating a robust channel network to achieve an annual sales target of 300,000 vehicles. With these goals, Kaiyi Auto aims to rank among the top 10 Chinese auto brands in terms of exports.
