Revolutionizing Outdoor Energy Storage: CNTE Unveils STAR H PLUS System

CNTE Unveils the STAR H PLUS Outdoor Liquid-Cooled Energy Storage System at KEY ENERGY 2026

At the recent KEY ENERGY 2026 exhibition, held in Rimini, Italy, Contemporary Nebula Technology Energy (CNTE) unveiled its latest cutting-edge innovation: the STAR H PLUS outdoor energy storage system. This state-of-the-art system is designed to revolutionize the way energy is stored and utilized, emphasizing efficiency, safety, and durability. With significant investments from renowned battery manufacturer CATL, CNTE continues to solidify its position as a leader in the energy storage sector.

Innovative Features of STAR H PLUS

The STAR H PLUS system is a remarkable all-in-one solution that offers 125 kW of power alongside a substantial storage capacity of 254 kWh. One of its standout features is the intelligent thermal control that ensures optimal performance even under varying environmental conditions. With an impressive energy density of 83.6 kWh/m³, this system is capable of fitting up to 14 units, which equates to approximately 3.56 MWh, in a standard 40-foot container. This design not only enhances transportation cost-efficiency but also simplifies logistics.

Maintenance is made more convenient due to its user-friendly design, which allows for easy field servicing and setup. The single-button start/stop feature ensures a swift startup, and a lightweight configuration tool replaces the traditional software interface. Additionally, access to the back of the system and quick-connectors significantly reduces maintenance time. The liquid cooling system is developed to automate refrigerant replenishment, while an upgraded gas detection system ensures long-term reliability without requiring maintenance for up to ten years.

Performance, Noise Level, and Safety

The STAR H PLUS operates at a surprisingly low noise level of about 65 dB under full load, making it suitable for noise-sensitive environments. Its AI-based adaptive temperature control keeps temperature variability within 3°C, enhancing the lifespan and stability of the system even in extreme conditions.

Powered by CATL LFP cells with a high capacity of 306 Ah, the STAR H PLUS boasts an impressive longevity with over 10,000 cycles. It achieves an exceptional round-trip efficiency exceeding 88%. For specific project requirements, optional cells with 314 Ah are available. Furthermore, the system allows for parallel operation of up to ten units to achieve a combined output of 2.54 MWh and enables rapid frequency regulation with a response time of under 200 milliseconds.

Global Readiness and Certification

The STAR H PLUS system meets the stringent grid requirements of 45 different countries and adheres to the certifications set out by IEC and UN38.3, making it well-equipped for global deployment. This readiness opens up opportunities for international clients seeking reliable and efficient energy storage solutions.
