Furthermore, he has held the Director of Business Development position within a National Private Equity Team at a major accounting firm and dedicated over a decade to a national executive services firm, ascending to the role of Managing Partner for the New England area.

Educationally, Egbert earned his Master of Business Administration in International Business along with a Bachelor's degree in Management and Entrepreneurship, both from the University of Toledo, equipping him with the knowledge and skills necessary to lead effectively in a dynamic marketplace.
