Features of the Nintendo Switch 2 Version

The Nintendo Switch 2 version of Borderlands 4 will support a plethora of features, including:

• - Online multiplayer and local play: Instantly connect with friends and family at the push of a button.
• - Game chat: Share gameplay screens while chatting about newly acquired weapons or strategies to defeat bosses. You can even connect a USB-C camera to see your friends while playing.

To enhance cooperative gameplay, Borderlands 4 introduces an innovative party system, allowing friendships to thrive even when switching modes within the game. Each player retains unique loot and experiences that can be tailored through automatic leveling and difficulty settings. The Joy-Con™ 2 mouse functionality empowers players to take out enemies with precision and agility. Meet the New Vault Hunters

Players can choose from four brand-new Vault Hunters, each possessing distinct action skills to cater to varying combat styles:

Set against an expansive and seamless backdrop of Planet Kairos, these characters implement new transportation and exploration mechanics to battle the tyrant Timekeeper and their army, the Order.

Edition Options

Pre-orders for the physical edition are now live, with three distinct options available:

1. Standard Edition – ¥9,460 (tax included)
- Includes the game.

2. Deluxe Edition – ¥13,860 (digital only)
- The game, an Angry Firehawk weapon skin, and the Bounty Hunter Pack Bundle, featuring four post-launch DLC packs with special areas, new missions, unique bosses, challenges, rewards, and new weapons and gear.

3. Super Deluxe Edition – ¥16,500 (digital only)
- Includes everything from the Deluxe Edition, alongside a Hunter Pack containing two story packs, two map areas, new customization, and the Glamorous Order Pack, which features four new Vault Hunter skins and heads.

Future free and paid DLC content is set to follow post-launch, keeping the game fresh and engaging.
