DMEGC Solar's Ultra-High-Efficiency PV Modules



On November 3rd, DMEGC Solar, a prominent Tier-1 PV module manufacturer, proudly announced the certification of its latest ultra-high-efficiency photovoltaic (PV) modules by TÜV SÜD, adhering to IEC 61215 and IEC 61730 standards. The newly certified products represent the cutting edge of solar technology, specifically tailored for large-scale installations as well as rooftop projects.

The Infinity G12RT-B66 Series



Among the highlighted products in this certification is the acclaimed Infinity G12RT-B66 series. This series stands out with its dimensions of 2382 mm by 1134 mm, making it ideal for significant power generation demands in various environments. What makes DMEGC Solar particularly innovative is its unique application of Cemented Joint (CJ) technology in module development. Unlike traditional methods, the CJ technology utilizes Butyl Sealant as encapsulation material between the cells and the frame, significantly enhancing the modules' performance and reliability.

According to TÜV SÜD's certification records, the G12RT-B66 module achieves an impressive maximum performance output of 655 W. Notably, this module secured the fifth spot in the Top Module rankings by TaiyangNews, boasting a mass production output of 635 W. It demonstrates a competitive edge, especially considering its cost-effectiveness in balance-of-system (BOS) costs and Levelized Cost of Energy (LCOE), making it an attractive option for project developers and operators alike. DMEGC Solar has announced plans to commence mass production of a 650 W variant of this module by Q1 of 2026, further solidifying its reliability in generating system power.

Industry Compatibility and Testing



Interestingly, the Cemented Joint technology is compatible with various popular technologies prevalent in the industry today, such as Bifacial Cells (BC), Multi-Cutting, and Full-Screen module designs. DMEGC Solar's dedicated product and engineering teams are currently exploring various cell and module technologies with intentions to implement one or two in the near future, which may pave the way for even higher performance capacities and market anticipation.

In addition to TÜV SÜD certification, the CJ modules have successfully passed extensive testing, including the rigorous DH2000 tests at DMEGC's internal PV laboratory, with results surpassing those of earlier conventional modules. This breakthrough not only reinforces the technology's reliability but also DMEGC Solar's position as a leading figure in the PV industry.
