Katana and is organized in partnership with Mizkan, a leading company in the vinegar and seasoning fields. By addressing shared challenges related to blood pressure, participating companies aim to solve societal issues through their business operations.
The initiative initially began with six companies, including TEAM HEALTH (Mizkan, Morinaga Milk Industry) concentrating on everyday dietary and lifestyle changes to combat high blood pressure, and TEAM MEDICAL (Katana, e-Medical, Omron Healthcare, Primedica, and Shinseido Pharmacy) focusing on disease risk discovery and treatment. The project has rapidly expanded, with more companies joining and incorporating aspects of physical activity into their campaigns.
Official ambassadors for the project include gymnastics athletes Kazuma Kaya and Wataru Tanigawa from Central Sports, who gained national acclaim during last summer's sporting events. They will also participate in the event, offering insights on the importance of blood pressure care from the perspective of elite athletes.

Although the topic of blood pressure is very relatable to Japanese people, neglecting it can lead to significant health risks. The project's activities, including this event, will focus on continuing to raise awareness about the significance of blood pressure care and promoting practical actions individuals can incorporate into their routines for better health.
