Art Reform Announces Opening of New Tokyo Headquarters in 2025

Art Reform to Establish New Tokyo Headquarters in 2025

Art Reform, Inc. (headquartered in Suita City, Osaka and led by CEO Tetsuya Ohmoto), is excited to announce the upcoming opening of its Tokyo headquarters on June 1, 2025. This move marks a significant transition from a single-office structure to a dual-headquarters system with one office in Osaka and the newly established branch in Tokyo. This strategic decision aims to facilitate expansion and strengthen the company's operational foundations.

Background and Purpose

Founded in Kobe City, Hyogo Prefecture, Art Reform has primarily operated within the Kansai area. Since initiating its expansion into the Kanto region in 2013, the company has gradually broadened its reach over the past decade. Given the increasing demand in the Tokyo metropolitan area and the diversification of talent acquisition, the company has recognized the necessity to enhance its presence in this strategic market. The establishment of a Tokyo headquarters will allow us to strengthen relationships with clients and enhance our recruitment and public relations efforts. This two-pronged approach will help integrate our management structure across the country and further our growth ambitions on a national scale.

Change Overview

  • - Osaka Headquarters: 6-3-3F Senri Banpaku Park, Suita City, Osaka
  • - New Tokyo Headquarters: 1-14-20-4F Ebisu Minami, Shibuya City, Tokyo
The CEO will continue to oversee operations across both headquarters. It is important to note that while a new headquarters is being established in Tokyo, the registered office will remain in Osaka without any changes.

Future Outlook

With the implementation of this dual-headquarters system, Art Reform plans to reinforce various initiatives, including:

  • - Strengthening sales operations in the Tokyo metropolitan area
  • - Enhancing recruitment, public relations, and marketing strategies
  • - Developing partnerships and improving our merger and acquisition framework in the eastern Japan region

The company is committed to realizing its mission and aims to be a trusted partner for our customers moving forward.
