Discover the Charms of Nippori and Toneri Line with a Fun Photo Stamp Rally

The Tokyo Metropolitan Bureau of Transportation is hosting an exciting Photo Stamp Rally along the Nippori Toneri Line. Scheduled for March 28th (Saturday) and 29th (Sunday), this event is designed to coincide with the upcoming "Sakura Matsuri" at Toneri Park, celebrating the cherry blossoms in full bloom.

About the Photo Stamp Rally

This unique rally invites participants to locate five designated spots along the Nippori Toneri Line and Tokyo bus routes. The main characters guiding participants are Min-kuru, the mascot of the Tokyo Metropolitan Bus, and Toaran, the beloved mascot of the Tokyo Sakura Tram (Toden Arakawa Line). To earn stamps, participants must take smartphone photos matching the designated themes. Collect all stamps to receive delightful prizes!

Event Details:

1. Duration: The rally will take place from March 11 (Wednesday) to March 29 (Sunday, Year 8 of the Reiwa era).
2. How to Participate:
- Access the rally website and click on the “Join Photo Rally” button to enter the participation screen. (Website opens on March 11)
- Visit the stamp locations and view sample photographs provided on the site.
- Find the locations and take matching photos.
- Upon successful validation by AI, receive digital stamps of Min-kuru and Toaran.
- Collect all five stamps and show your exchange voucher on the site to claim your prize at designated locations.

- Access via Nippori Toneri Line, Toden Arakawa Line (Kumano Mae Station)
2. Kodai Bridge
- Access via Nippori Toneri Line, Tokyo Bus (Kodai Bridge Bus Stop)
3. Ogi Nakayoshi Park
- Access via Nippori Toneri Line (Takano Station)
4. Toneri Park
- Access via Nippori Toneri Line (Toneri Park Station)
5. Kohoku Yu
- Access via Nippori Toneri Line (Kohoku Station)

Prize:

Participants who collect all stamps will receive an exclusive original mirror featuring Min-kuru and Toaran.

Seasonal Station Decorations

In addition to the rally, vibrant spring decorations will adorn Nippori, Nishi Nippori, and Toneri Park Stations from March 3 to April 15, Year 8 of the Reiwa era. Expect lively designs featuring flowers and butterflies, enhancing the festive atmosphere of the cherry blossom viewing season.

About the Sakura Matsuri

The "Sakura Matsuri" will be held on March 28 and 29, featuring a variety of fun activities with the presence of popular mascots like Min-kuru and Toaran, along with sales of Tokyo Metropolitan transportation goods. A select shop for Tokyo transportation goods, "To Eiro," will also have a booth at the event.
