LG Unveils Innovative Laundry Solutions at KBIS 2025 Showcasing Technology and Sustainability

LG Showcases Its Cutting-Edge Laundry Solutions at KBIS 2025

LG Electronics is making headlines at the 2025 Kitchen and Bath Industry Show (KBIS), where the company is highlighting its latest advancements in laundry technology. With a keen focus on sustainability and efficiency, LG's offerings are tailored to meet the diverse needs of the North American market.

The star of LG's display is their innovative heat pump washer and dryer, which leverages their industry-leading inverter heat pump technology and artificial intelligence (AI). These new models promise to deliver significantly improved efficiency, with features designed to save both energy and time. LG promotes these products under their vision of a Zero Labor Home, which aims to simplify household chores.

Features of the New Laundry Solutions

One notable aspect of LG's laundry lineup is the ventless design of their heat pump washer and dryer. This feature makes installation much easier compared to traditional vented models, allowing consumers to optimize space effectively. The machines utilize Artificial Intelligence Direct Drive (AI DD™) technology, which intelligently analyzes the load weight and fabric type. This ensures that each wash and dry cycle applies the best motions for thorough cleaning and care, simplifying the user experience and achieving optimal results.

Additionally, LG is showcasing its SIGNATURE 29-inch laundry solution, which features a luxurious design along with the largest capacities in the industry—5.8 cubic feet for the washer and 9.0 cubic feet for the dryer. To maximize the use of space further, LG has designed a mini wash and pedestal that fit seamlessly beneath the main washer and dryer, providing enhanced functionality without requiring additional floor space.

In today's environmentally conscious market, a significant advantage of LG's heat pump dryers is their innovative closed-loop system. Unlike conventional gas-vented dryers, LG's models recirculate air within the drum, allowing effective low-temperature drying that reduces fabric damage. This technology also enhances efficiency and minimizes the carbon footprint of laundry routines, setting new standards for sustainable laundry practices.

Seamless Integration with Smart Technology

For enhanced convenience, all of LG's latest laundry solutions can be monitored and controlled remotely through the ThinQ™ app. This app not only tracks energy consumption but also includes ThinQ Care™, which alerts users about potential issues before they become significant problems, reducing unexpected repair costs and service visits.

“LG will continue to leverage its advanced heat pump technology to strengthen its leadership in the North American premium home appliance market,” stated Lyu Jae-cheol, president of the LG Home Appliance Solution Company. “The new laundry solutions we're displaying at KBIS 2025 illustrate our progress in and commitment to realizing the Zero Labor Home vision.”

Visitors at KBIS 2025 can explore these impressive laundry solutions at LG's booth located in West Hall #2417 at the Las Vegas Convention Center.
