This innovative flavor is set to hit store shelves soon, joining the ranks of other delightful offerings from the brand, including Salted Caramel and Marshmallow.
The distinctive Butterfinger® taste, which features a crispy, crunchy texture combined with a peanut butter center, is now enveloped in a French toast-infused coating. This new creation promises to deliver the sweet, syrupy goodness associated with weekend brunch, making it a perfect indulgence any time of day—no sticky fingers required!

Collaboration with Chef Dominique Ansel
To elevate this launch further, Butterfinger has teamed up with renowned French pastry chef Dominique Ansel, known for creating the iconic Cronut®. From February 27 to March 1, Chef Dominique's famous Dominique Ansel Bakery in SoHo, New York, will introduce a special Butterfinger French Toast-inspired Croquembouche. This is a classic French dessert, literally meaning "crunch in mouth", that Chef Dominique has reinvented using Butterfinger's unique textures and flavors.
The Croquembouche will be made of five choux pastry puffs, each filled with delightful flavors:
1. Peanut Butter Caramel: A fusion of peanut butter cinnamon ganache, complete with Butterfinger crumbles and garnished with caramel glaze.
2. Maple Cinnamon: This is filled with maple cinnamon ganache and adorned with a smooth, creamy milk chocolate glaze.
3. Butterfinger: Choux puffs filled with rich Butterfinger ganache and topped with a caramel glaze and Butterfinger crumbles.
Chef Ansel shares his inspiration, stating, "French Toast has always been a favorite brunch dish of mine.
