CRRC Unveils Comprehensive Wind Energy Solutions at WindEnergy Hamburg 2026

From September 22 to 25, 2026, CRRC Corporation Limited made a significant mark at the WindEnergy Hamburg exhibition, an event known for showcasing advancements in the wind energy sector. The company revealed its complete range of wind power equipment and integrated clean energy solutions, emphasizing its commitment to a sustainable future under the theme: 'Harness the Wind, Embrace the Future.'

During the exhibition, CRRC held numerous executive business meetings, announced crucial certifications, and sought to establish new technological partnerships as part of its strategy to expand its presence in the global renewable energy market. This approach reflects CRRC’s vision of leading in the wind energy field by leveraging innovative technologies and fostering collaborations.

Global Footprint in Wind Power

Previously known for its robust manufacturing capabilities, CRRC has established a global network of production and service facilities dedicated to wind power. To date, the company operates over 20 wind turbine manufacturing plants that support nearly 400 wind farms across various countries. This includes active markets in Germany, Denmark, France, Australia, India, Brazil, Vietnam, Kazakhstan, and others.

For instance, in Vietnam's Gia Lai province, a 46.2 MW wind farm generates an impressive 120 million kWh per year, which effectively reduces carbon emissions by approximately 100,000 metric tons. Similarly, a project in Arkalyk, Kazakhstan, with a capacity of 50 MW, saves the equivalent of 42,000 metric tons of carbon a year, significantly lowering CO₂ emissions by 105,000 metric tons.

The company has also completed several projects in Europe, including a 6 MW doubly-fed induction generator in Grabau, Germany, combined with wind turbine blades manufactured in Sweden. These accomplishments underline CRRC's adherence to international market standards and regulations.

Certifications and Collaborations

At WindEnergy Hamburg, CRRC proudly announced its receipt of the TÜV SÜD type certification for its D195 7.15 MW wind turbine model. This certification signifies that CRRC's core wind technologies, product performance, and quality management systems meet stringent international sector standards. Such validations enhance the company's competitiveness and credibility within the rapidly evolving energy market.

In addition, CRRC has signed an expanded technical collaboration agreement with X1 Wind, focusing on joint research and development activities aimed at addressing the significant challenges faced in the wind sector. This partnership is expected to expedite innovation and improve solutions tailored for the evolving market demands.

Comprehensive Wind Energy Services

CRRC delivers full-spectrum wind energy services that encompass the entire project lifecycle. From design and planning to the manufacture of key components, turbine assembly, EPC project execution, and operational maintenance services, CRRC’s integrated manufacturing base covers critical elements such as wind turbines, generators, blades, towers, gearboxes, converters, transformers, and fastening elements.

The company’s offerings span turbine capacities from 1.5 MW to 12 MW onshore, and 8 MW to 20 MW offshore, with over 80 validated models available. This diversity enables CRRC to customize its solutions to meet various geographical and operational conditions, ensuring high reliability and efficiency at competitive costs.

At the WindEnergy Hamburg event, CRRC engaged with partners from the global wind energy supply chain regarding market access, product development, project execution, and localization opportunities while scouting potential new markets in Europe and beyond. The company aims to translate these discussions and shared priorities into concrete projects and partnerships.

Looking ahead, CRRC remains committed to investing in innovation and strengthening international collaborations. By utilizing its cutting-edge technology and manufacturing capabilities, the company intends to effectively compete in the wind energy markets worldwide.
