Mazda Reports December Sales and Strong Full-Year 2025 Sales Results
Mazda North American Operations (MNAO) has released its December sales report, revealing that
32,610 vehicles were sold during the month, marking an
18.9% decline compared to December 2024. Despite this drop, the total sales for 2025 amounted to
410,346 vehicles, a reduction of
3.3% year-on-year. When adjusted for the number of selling days, the daily selling rate (DSR) reflected a
22% decrease in vehicle sales.
Significant achievements marked December 2025. Notably, the month saw the CX-50 model record its
best-ever December sales with
10,783 units sold. MNAO president and CEO, Tom Donnelly, highlighted the year's achievements, emphasizing the
eight IIHS Top Safety Pick+ awards won by Mazda vehicles, expressing the brand's commitment to safety. 2% increase compared to the previous year, contributing to a
7% year-over-year growth with a total of
107,004 units sold in 2025.
