On August 1, 2026, Rock Field and Kagome co-hosted an engaging event titled "Discover the Power of Vegetables" at Rock Field's Tokyo office. This initiative was part of their joint project created following their business partnership established on March 11, 2025. The event aimed to bring people closer to the value and appeal of vegetables, in anticipation of Vegetable Day on August 31.

The theme for this occasion was "From Consuming to Enjoying Vegetables". Attendees had the chance to partake in various activities such as measuring their vegetable intake, discovering salad-making tips, and tasting different dressings, as well as joining informative discussion sessions. The event was designed to provide participants with new ways to connect with vegetables, making it an enlightening experience for everyone involved.

Participants experienced a "Veggie Check®" where they could measure their estimated vegetable intake. Information regarding daily vegetable intake goals and the average consumption of vegetables by Japanese people was provided to emphasize the importance of including vegetables in their diet. They also had the opportunity to taste various vegetable juices, noticing the differences in flavor based on ingredients and production methods.

2. Behind the Scenes of Salad Making
An exhibition titled "The Behind the Salad" showcased the heartfelt stories behind preparing a salad. From producers working closely with the soil to store staff delivering the final product with a smile, every role was highlighted to give attendees a deeper appreciation for what goes into their everyday salads.

3. Secrets of the Green 30 Vegetable Salad
Based on Rock Field's popular "Green 30 Vegetable Salad," this segment introduced attendees to the various vegetables and ingredients that create this dish, categorized by texture, color, flavor, and satisfaction. This experience aimed to demonstrate how a salad is much more than just a collection of vegetables—it is a carefully crafted dish.

4. Dressing Experience: Which One Today?
Participants could explore different dressings based on their mood and preferences. They tasted different dressings with the same salad, discovering how the choice of dressing could completely change the salad's impression, thus encouraging them to find their own favorite combinations.

5. Tomorrow's Spoon Workshop
Participants were invited to share their thoughts and insights during the event, which were displayed throughout the venue. This encouraged attendees to carry their new discoveries about vegetables back into their daily lives.
