CFMOTO Experience 2026: A Global Vision Unveiled
On October 19, 2026, at its headquarters in Hangzhou, China, CFMOTO, a preeminent player in the powersports industry, hosted the CFMOTO EXPERIENCE 2026 event, drawing participation from journalists representing over 29 countries and regions. Under the slogan "LIVE THE TECH • RIDE THE FUTURE", this event was a comprehensive showcase of CFMOTO's research and development (R&D), design, and production capabilities, spotlighting the company’s commitment to innovation.
Expanding Global Reach
CFMOTO is not limited to its Chinese origins; it is a global entity with a presence in more than 100 countries. This expansion reflects the company’s strategic investments in advanced manufacturing technologies and an unwavering focus on the motorsport community. The network of over 9,000 dealerships worldwide caters to a diverse market, offering motorcycles, ATVs, and electric mobility solutions suited to various driving cultures.
"We aim to provide journalists a firsthand look at CFMOTO, interacting with our team and exploring our facilities to grasp the firm behind the brand," stated Minjie Lai, CFMOTO’s Chairman and CEO, welcoming the delegation in China. "Our vision is clear: to become a first-class global brand in the recreational and sports vehicle sector."
Ferdinand Klauser, CFMOTO’s CBO, added, "Global reach for us is not just about where we sell but how we operate. We are committed to providing a comprehensive insight into our capabilities and dedication."
Cutting-edge Production and Design
A highlight of the experience was a tour through CFMOTO’s extensive facilities, including five production centers located across China, Mexico, and Thailand. Among them, the CFMOTO NexFactory in Jiaxing stands out as a state-of-the-art factory focused on two-wheeled vehicles intended for global markets. Complementing this robust production capability are five main R&D centers and four design centers situated worldwide.
During the event, attendees toured CFMOTO's R&D and design facilities, gaining insights into vehicle development processes, simulation techniques, testing protocols, software engineering, connected technologies, and innovative design practices. For the first time, international media were invited to the CFMOTO Industrial Design Institute (CFID), where they learned how the company harmonizes design resources between China, Europe, and North America.
Furthermore, CFMOTO previewed its design philosophy, "Form Follows Wind", alongside models such as the 550CL-C and GOES 700 CONCEPT, while showcasing the prototype of the V4 SR-R motorcycle that has achieved an impressive top speed of 315.82 km/h.
Motorsport Commitment
Motorsport remains a foundational aspect of CFMOTO's branding and technological strategy. In October 2026, team rider Máximo Quiles celebrated victory as the Moto3 World Champion, alongside the announcement that the CFMOTO 675SR-R has been selected as the official motorcycle for the Women's Circuit Racing World Championship (WCR) by FIM in 2027.
