Next Level Aviation® (NLA), a prominent figure in the global distribution of used serviceable materials (USM) for Boeing and Airbus commercial aircraft, has recently appointed Mike Fleener as the Senior Vice President of Global Sales. This strategic decision was announced on August 19, 2026, marking an important evolution in NLA's leadership team.

Mike Fleener is not just an accomplished professional; he has a rich background that gives him unique insights into the aviation industry. A graduate of the United States Military Academy and a former Army officer, he has over 20 years of experience in the commercial aviation aftermarket. Fleener, who served as an Apache attack helicopter pilot, combines military discipline with extensive sales and operational expertise, making him an ideal candidate for NLA's global sales leadership role.

In his new position, Fleener will focus on managing and developing NLA's global sales team, aiming to expand the company's USM business in both established and emerging markets. His experience in various roles at leading companies within the commercial aviation aftermarket, including working directly with Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEMs), positions him well to advance NLA's market presence.
