SANY Renewable Energy Co., Ltd., a publicly traded subsidiary of SANY Group, has recently shipped vital equipment for its inaugural wind power initiative in Latin America. The project, known as PURRANQUE, located in Chile, is set to generate 18 MW of power. Utilizing advanced logistics, SANY successfully executed this transoceanic delivery from the Tianjin port, demonstrating its capability in integrated procurement, transportation, and installation services.

Chile is making significant strides toward its renewable energy goals, aiming to produce 70% of its electricity from renewable sources by 2030. The country is well-known for its exceptional wind resources and supportive policy frameworks, driving a continuous demand for wind turbines. For the PURRANQUE project, SANY tailored its technical solutions to meet Chile's unique geographical and climate conditions, ensuring reliable operation in complex environments. In addition to shipping wind power equipment, SANY has experienced substantial growth, establishing subsidiaries and local teams across Europe, South Asia, Central Asia, and Africa since its accelerated global expansion began in 2022. Furthermore, the company has supplied its first large SY1250H excavator to Europe, where it is currently in operation at a coal surface mine.
