CreatorWeek Macao 2025 concluded on October 28, showcasing Macao as a lively global creative hub. This five-day event, co-organized by the Macao Government Tourism Office (MGTO) and Branded, brought together an impressive assembly of 185 groups from around the world, collectively boasting a fan base of close to 2 billion people. The event highlighted Macao's unique heritage and modernity, aiming to amplify the city’s image as a youthful and innovative tourism destination.
The festival was a melting pot of ideas and creativity, attracting diverse content creators and facilitating cross-cultural collaborations through various activities including conferences and wellness workshops. From the dynamic parties held at Wynn Palace Macau, attended by over 250 creators and industry leaders, to the insightful discussions at Grand Lisboa Palace Macau that engaged more than 600 participants, there was no shortage of energy and creativity.
Prominent figures such as Maria Helena de Senna Fernandes, director of MGTO, and notable content creators including Alan Chikin Chow and Sean Does Magic graced the event, further enhancing Macao's reputation on the world stage. One of the highlights included the CreatorWeek Academy designed for emerging talents, which welcomed around 120 budding creators eager to learn about content production and audience engagement. Creator Lei's Adventure shared his perspective on Macao's significance as a gateway for Chinese culture to the world, while Filipino creator Mikey Bustos emphasized the social responsibility that creators have in spreading positivity and knowledge.
