Sinch Welcomes Lindy Puttkammer as New Chief Human Resources Officer

Sinch's Strategic Leadership Move: Appointment of Lindy Puttkammer as CHRO

In a significant leadership transition, Sinch AB has announced the appointment of Lindy Puttkammer as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective January 1, 2026. Puttkammer will report directly to CEO Laurinda Pang and is set to take over from Christina Raaschou, who will be stepping down to pursue new opportunities after a successful tenure at the company.

Lindy Puttkammer joined Sinch in 2024, initially serving as the Head of HR for the Americas. Her talents and expertise soon saw her expand her role to lead the company's global Compensation and Benefits function. This experience positions her well to assume the responsibilities of CHRO, a role that includes the pivotal task of shaping and overseeing Sinch's HR strategies globally.

Before her time at Sinch, Puttkammer accumulated extensive experience at Lumen Technologies, where she occupied a number of executive roles, notably as Vice President of Talent Acquisition and Vice President of Human Resources. With over a decade in human resources, she brings valuable experience and insight that aligns with Sinch's vision of fostering a strong organizational culture and supporting talent development.

CEO Laurinda Pang expressed enthusiasm about Puttkammer's promotion, stating, "It's a special moment to promote someone from within our ranks who embodies our culture and understands our business. Lindy has demonstrated exceptional leadership qualities and dedication throughout her tenure with us. I am confident she will effectively steer our HR department and continue to nurture our talented workforce."

In her role as CHRO, Puttkammer will build on the organizational success crafted by her predecessor, Christina Raaschou. Under Raaschou's leadership, Sinch has witnessed transformative growth, particularly in integrating acquisitions and enhancing the overall employee experience. Raaschou's contributions over the past four years have been pivotal in shaping Sinch’s corporate culture, and her departure marks the end of a successful chapter at the corporation.

Laurinda Pang remarked on Raaschou’s impact, stating, "We are immensely grateful for Christina's leadership, which has been instrumental in our journey. Her ability to drive cultural integration amidst our expansion efforts has set a strong foundation for ongoing success. We wish her well in her future endeavors."

As Puttkammer steps into her new role, she will continue to advance Sinch’s mission of connecting businesses with their customers worldwide. Sinch, renowned for powering over 900 million customer interactions each year, remains committed to enhancing customer experiences through innovative communication solutions.

With a strong emphasis on supporting employee growth and leading strategic initiatives, Puttkammer’s appointment represents a key alignment of leadership with Sinch's ambitious goals. Her educational background includes a Master of Education (M.Ed.) specializing in HR Studies from Colorado State University, further solidifying her competence in navigating the complexities of human resources in a dynamic business landscape.

As the company moves forward, Puttkammer's role will be crucial in driving initiatives that promote a robust corporate culture, transform HR processes, and ensure Sinch continues to attract and retain top talent in the industry.
