Customers are invited to savor these unique flavors, prepared with the utmost care and authenticity.

Special Menu Highlights



1. Doteni - Price: 490 yen (including tax: 539 yen)
- This unforgettable dish features tender beef tendon, slow-cooked to perfection with a rich and deep flavor that has a nostalgic quality. Served with konnyaku, this impactful combination is taken to the next level when sprinkled with a touch of shichimi pepper, enhancing its addiction factor.

2. Beniten Kushi (one skewer) - Price: 290 yen (including tax: 319 yen)
- Recognized by the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries as a dish worth passing down through generations, this Osaka soul food showcases the delightful balance of ume vinegar’s sourness and ginger’s spiciness, making it a fantastic pairing for your favorite drinks.

The origins of chanko nabe date back to the Meiji era, where it served as a staple meal in sumo stables. It’s a dish created to nourish and strengthen the wrestlers, bonding the relationships between the oyakata (master) and his deshi (students). The name itself combines chan representing the master and ko signifying the disciples, symbolizing their shared meals.
