Speaker Profile


Kazuya Abe graduated from Waseda University with a degree in Political Economics. After starting his career at Unilever Japan in sales and sales planning, he transitioned to finance at Mars Japan, eventually joining Globis due to his interest in human growth. After gaining invaluable experience, he returned to Mars to lead business initiatives.
Recognizing the importance of self-understanding through personal experiences of job mismatches and parenthood, he joined JikoRikai, aligning with its vision of creating a society where self-discovery is customary. He took over as CEO in 2025.
