Honoring Latino Excellence: We Are All Human Gala Set for November 2026

We Are All Human Gala: Celebrating Latino Leadership

On November 19, 2026, the vibrant walls of Cipriani Wall Street in New York City will come alive as the sixth annual We Are All Human Gala unfolds. Organized by We Are All Human and The Hispanic Star, this exquisite event promises to be a night of celebration, recognition, and cultural pride, drawing over 650 influential executives, entrepreneurs, and leaders from across various sectors.

The focus of this year’s gala is to celebrate Latino excellence and economic leadership, particularly in light of an impressive economic statistic: U.S. Latinos generate an astounding $4.4 trillion in economic output, making their collective GDP the fifth largest in the world. This economic power not only outpaces many countries but also continues to grow at a rate of 2.7 times faster than non-Latino counterparts, making the Hispanic community a pivotal player in the country’s economy.

The gala will highlight key honorees who have made remarkable contributions to their fields and the Latino community. Among them:
  • - Willy Chavarria: The visionary CEO and Creative Director of his namesake brand, Chavarria is recognized for his groundbreaking approach to fashion that elevates Latino culture.
  • - Bea Perez: As the Executive Vice President and Global Chief Communications Officer at The Coca-Cola Company and Chair of The Coca-Cola Foundation, Perez has significantly influenced corporate sustainability and community engagement.
  • - Henry Muñoz III: Known for his philanthropic efforts and activism, Muñoz has dedicated decades to cultural preservation and driving meaningful change.

This year also marks the second consecutive induction of exceptional marketing leaders into the prestigious CMO Hall of Fame, an initiative aimed at celebrating those who enhance Hispanic visibility and representation within major global brands.

Claudia Romo Edelman, the Founder and Executive Chair of the We Are All Human Foundation, emphasizes the significance of this gala: "This year's event is a pivotal moment for visibility, pride, and partnership. It coincides with our nation's 250th anniversary and serves as a landmark occasion to reshape perceptions and showcase the strength of Latinos."

Adding to the Night's Allure
To make the evening truly exceptional, guests will be treated to a mesmerizing performance by Cirque du Soleil, specially curated for the gala attendees. The event’s co-chairs—Gabriel de Alba of GDA Luma Capital Management, Marissa Solis of the NFL, Bing Chen of Gold House, and Karla Martínez de Salas from Vogue Mexico—bring together a diversity of expertise and vision, reinforcing the gala's mission.

Alongside notable figures such as journalist Maria Hinojosa, activist Dr. Juan Andrade Jr., and designer Cindy Castro, the event fosters connections across industries and honors those who have dedicated their efforts to advancing Latino narratives.

Corporate Partnerships and Community Support
This year's gala will also shine a spotlight on significant contributions from corporate partners such as the American Cancer Society, The Coca-Cola Company, and Salesforce, among others. L'Oréal's generous donations are part of a broader effort to support initiatives championing Latino empowerment.

For those interested in attending, tickets are available, along with sponsorship opportunities and a silent auction to benefit the We Are All Human Foundation's initiatives.
