HOTWORX Makes Significant Contribution to National Breast Cancer Foundation

HOTWORX’s Commitment to Cancer Awareness

In an impressive display of corporate responsibility, HOTWORX®, the pioneering 24-hour infrared fitness studio franchise, has made a generous donation exceeding $19,000 to the National Breast Cancer Foundation (NBCF). This financial support stems from the brand's recent initiative, the "Workouts for Heroes" campaign, which not only highlights HOTWORX's community involvement but also emphasizes their steadfast support for women facing breast cancer.

The donation event will take place on April 30, 2025, from 4–6 p.m. at the HOTWORX Waxahachie Marketplace studio. This gathering will serve as a dual-purpose occasion, as it will include both a check presentation and a book signing with the company's Founder and CEO, Stephen P. Smith. He will be signing copies of his acclaimed book, "Hot Exercise," which has consistently ranked on Amazon's Best Seller list since its release in 2021.

The funds raised through the "Workouts for Heroes" campaign are dedicated specifically to NBCF's Military Women's Patient Relief Fund — a venture aimed at providing essential assistance to breast cancer patients with a military background. Stephen Smith expressed his sentiments about the initiative, stating, "This donation is a meaningful continuation of our mission to support those who serve, both in uniform and in the fight against breast cancer. We’re proud to stand with the National Breast Cancer Foundation and to give back in a way that directly impacts women in the military community."

How the Funds Were Raised

Since its inception in December 2024, the Workouts for Heroes initiative sought to encourage wellness in honor of military personnel. Participants were invited to purchase Dedication Ribbons, which were displayed in local studios, allowing them to dedicate their workouts to veterans. Contributions varied, with a range from $1 to $10, with the collected funds benefiting the Sacred Mountain Retreat Center (SMRC) and NBCF.

This is not HOTWORX's first contribution to breast cancer awareness; during Breast Cancer Awareness Month in October, the franchise successfully raised $28,000 through its "Pink Camo" towel promotion. The funds from these initiatives represent HOTWORX’s unwavering commitment to fostering community and supporting those affected by this significant health challenge.

Event Highlights

Attendees of the April 30 event can look forward to an engaging afternoon. Not only will there be the monumental donation presentation, but guests will also have the unique opportunity to meet Stephen Smith and receive a signed copy of his book. Additionally, there will be a raffle during the event, giving one fortunate winner a chance to participate in a HOTWORX workout session alongside Smith himself.

HOTWORX is continuously aspiring to enhance its community offerings and impact positively. Their strategic initiatives reflect a broader commitment to social responsibility while supporting health and wellness through innovative fitness solutions.
