Odakyu was notably recognized for achieving a 100% ZEH (Net Zero Energy Housing) ratio in homes supplied in the 2024 fiscal year, alongside standardizing the installation of 200V EV charging outlets. Furthermore, the company has been focusing on customer education by utilizing BELS evaluation certificates and energy performance labels to make environmental performance easily understandable. They have even developed online tools to explain ZEH homes effectively.

Commitment to Sustainability with LEAFIA
