On April 6th, Pal System Consumers' Cooperative Union, based in Shinjuku, Tokyo, launched a new dish called "Vegetable-Infused Domestic Sawara Butter Stir-Fry." This product makes it easy for families to enjoy a healthy meal that combines fish and vegetables using just one frying pan. The development of this dish was heavily influenced by feedback and suggestions from cooperative members, particularly parents interested in helping their children eat more fish and vegetables.

Simple Cooking with Flavorful Seasoning

The new stir-fry features 6-7 pieces of domestic Sawara fish, cut into easy-to-eat portions and accompanied by a rich butter and salt sauce. Families can customize the dish by adding their choice of vegetables, making it a convenient and nutritious seafood option. The product's packaging includes clear cooking instructions that even middle school children can understand, ensuring that they can contribute to meal preparation.
