Acquiring Knowledge for Legal Success in Renewable Energy M&A and Joint Ventures

Seminar on Renewable Energy M&A and Joint Ventures by JPI

On September 8, 2025, JPI (Japan Planning Institute) will host an informative seminar focusing on the complexities of M&A and joint ventures within the renewable energy sector. The event will feature prominent speakers: Keisuke Watanabe, a partner at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu Law Firm, and Sayaka Kurachi, an associate attorney, who will provide insights into the unique legal considerations involved in these transactions.

Seminar Overview

As the renewable energy market gains momentum, secondary transactions, including mergers and acquisitions (M&A) and joint ventures (JV), are proliferating.
