Lifetech Resources Unveils Its Innovative Solar Power Energy System

Lifetech Resources Unveils a State-of-the-Art Solar Power Energy System

On January 21, 2025, Lifetech Resources hosted a remarkable event to unveil its cutting-edge Solar Power Energy System, celebrating a notable advancement in the company's commitment to sustainability. The unveiling took place at the company's headquarters located at 700 Science Dr, Moorpark, California. The event attracted community members, stakeholders, and media representatives, all gathering to recognize this vital accomplishment in renewable energy.

The newly introduced system comprises 1,090 high-efficiency monocrystalline solar panels with an impressive capacity of 599.5 kW, which is projected to generate 948,465 kWh of clean energy annually. This significant output will help reduce 7,918.56 tons of CO2 emissions per year. To put it into perspective, this is equivalent to taking 42 cars off the roads or conserving approximately 18,330 barrels of oil each year.

Shaffiq Rahim, CEO of Lifetech Resources, shared his excitement during the ceremony, stating, "This event was an incredible success. It was inspiring to see so many individuals come together to celebrate our shared commitment to renewable energy. The unveiling of this system reflects our optimism for the future and reaffirms our dedication to creating a cleaner, more sustainable environment for our employees, community, and beyond."

The event featured a series of speeches including an opening address by Chairwoman Janet Carieri, who emphasized the importance of innovation and sustainable practices. CEO Rahim provided an overview of the solar project, followed by a ribbon-cutting ceremony to officially mark the commencement of solar operations.

Local dignitaries, such as representatives from Senator Henry Stern's office and Mayor Chris Enegren, were present to recognize Lifetech’s milestone. Several accolades were presented, including:
  • - A Certificate of Appreciation from Janice S. Parvin, Chair of the Board of Supervisors, 4th District, acknowledging Lifetech's commitment to sustainability.
  • - A Certificate of Congressional Recognition from Congresswoman Julia Brownley, praising the company for its innovative efforts in product development and manufacturing while focusing on environmental sustainability.
  • - A Certificate of Recognition from the City Council of Moorpark, represented by Mayor Enegren and Council Members.
  • - A Certificate of Recognition from Senator Henry Stern for Lifetech's diligent work in promoting environmental sustainability.

Participants enjoyed refreshments and engaging discussions as they celebrated this significant milestone. This state-of-the-art solar power initiative represents the initial step taken by Lifetech's newly established Sustainability Committee, which is focused on implementing innovative strategies to minimize the company's carbon footprint while contributing to global renewable energy initiatives.
