Minimal, a specialty chocolate shop by βace Corporation, is known for its meticulous approach to crafting chocolate. Drawing on the refined sensibilities that stem from Japanese culture, the chocolates at Minimal reimagine traditional confections, offering a fresh perspective on cocoa and chocolate. The course will showcase an array of unique creations that pair chocolate with classic Japanese desserts like anmitsu, monaka, and sweet red beans, all presented in Minimal's distinctive style.
