While Gen Z reported a more favorable perception at 41%, baby boomers expressed concern, with 29% claiming their employers show little commitment to their career advancement.

Moreover, Gen Z stands out as the most proactive in skill development, with an overwhelming 99% participating in training or educational opportunities, focusing on emotional intelligence and relationship-building skills essential for navigating a tech-driven workplace.

Interestingly, the notion of compensation appears to be gradually losing significance among younger professionals. Gen Z ranks pay as a crucial factor significantly lower than other generations, showcasing a shift where opportunities for personal growth and upskilling take precedence.
