With a current surplus in housing, Miklius believes 2026 will see a significant absorption of apartments, making this acquisition particularly timely. The Riverside Parc Apartments, which are approximately 15 years old, are primarily in their original condition. ECI Group has plans to modernize the community by upgrading the amenities and interiors of the units, aiming to create a more enjoyable living space for residents and to benefit the local area in the long run.
The modernization plans include several major renovations. ECI Group intends to refurbish the clubhouse and various other amenities. Additionally, all units will see the installation of washers and dryers for added convenience. Interior upgrades will also involve refreshing paint colors, framing bathroom mirrors, and replacing plumbing fixtures, all geared towards enhancing residents' quality of life.
