Junichi Sugita

Junichi joined Intelligence (now Persol Career) as a new graduate and worked in corporate sales. He later established a new BPO service organization. In 2018, he initiated the establishment of a new corporate entity specializing in foreign talent called "PERSOL Global Workforce" and has since been responsible for substantial business development, including partnerships with financial institutions and various government agencies. Currently, he leads the Linc Career business.

Mayu Yamato
Director at Chipee Co., Ltd.
After graduating in 2011, Mayu joined Leverages Co., Ltd. Her career progressed from PR to a key role in establishing branches in Osaka, Nagoya, and Fukuoka for Arcube Co. (Now Kufu Wedding). In December 2023, she joined Chipee as a director, focusing on recruitment and public relations.
