In a shared arrangement, exhibitors can enhance their networking opportunities by merging their display areas and sharing buyer traffic.

Benefits of Exhibiting at the Hokkaido/Sapporo Booth

• - Cost-Effective Participation: Exhibitors can showcase products at significantly reduced fees. A 1/2 booth setup (equivalent to 1.5m width by 3m depth) costs only 236,500 yen, half the regular fee of 473,000 yen.
• - Reduced Decoration Costs: Typically, the costs of booth decoration and electrical installations are typically borne by exhibitors. However, in the Hokkaido/Sapporo space, these expenses will mainly be covered by the organizers, relieving the financial burden from participants.

• - A standard booth size will be approximately 3m x 3m x 2.7m, though adjustments can be discussed for those wishing to exhibit in a 1/2 booth.

Types of Products

The application is open for local businesses specializing in household products, innovative gadgets, emergency disaster supplies, personal care items, electronics, outdoor equipment, kitchen utensils, ceramics, glassware, senior care products, food, and beverages, among others.

• - Participation Costs:

- Full booth: 473,000 yen (tax included) + additional costs, such as transportation, rental fees, and travel expenses.
- Half booth: 236,500 yen (tax included) + additional costs.

Application Procedure

Interested businesses should submit the participation application form via email, postal service, or fax before the September 11, 2026 deadline.
Given the high demand, adjustments will be made as necessary to accommodate applicants.
