Enhancing Welfare Services: Insights from the 18th Case Study Presentation by Foryukai
On December 17, 2025, the social welfare corporation Foryukai, headed by President Hiroshi Katori, organized the 18th Case Study Presentation at the Sancha Share Nada Hall in Setagaya, Tokyo. This annual event serves the purpose of bringing together various departments within the management headquarters to share their everyday practices and results, enabling mutual learning and growth.
This year's conference highlighted a diverse range of topics, including recruitment strategies, personnel development, operational improvements, organizational architecture, and the application of digital transformation (DX). Ten case studies were presented, showcasing innovative approaches within the organization.

- - Rediscovering Corporate Value through Internal Audits: Here, the idea was presented that internal auditing can be viewed as a treasure hunt, utilizing data to uncover the organization’s strengths and potential areas for improvement.
Diverse perspectives on personnel development, operational support, and DX promotion were also shared:

Foryukai does not limit its case study presentations to the management headquarters; each operational headquarters organizes its own presentations annually. Selected initiatives from these presentations will be featured again in the corporate-wide Case Study Presentation scheduled for February 2026.
