This limited-time offering combines seasonal eggplant with a newly crafted Bolognese sauce that boasts a savory mix of tomatoes, Sansho pepper, and a special blend of original dashi and miso from Nana's Green Tea. The rich sauce clings beautifully to the chewy udon noodles, and when paired with a soft-boiled egg, it results in a creamy and satisfying flavor. A sprinkle of grated cheese adds an aromatic finish, enhancing the overall taste.

2. Homemade Spicy Meat Miso Bowl with Eggplant
Another standout dish, the Homemade Spicy Meat Miso Bowl, features a sweet and spicy miso sauce made from Maruya Hattori miso, a traditional and time-honored ingredient with over 400 years of history. The chicken soboro, finely ground and softly prepared, combines perfectly with the autumn eggplants, creating a rich umami experience. The addition of a soft-boiled egg elevates the dish, enhancing its creaminess and richness. Topped with perilla leaves, this dish is refreshing and delightful. Diners can also spice things up with a special seven spice blend from Kyoto's Nagabunya, adding an exciting twist to every bite.

This miso is produced in the Hattori village, located near Okazaki Castle, using traditional methods that include natural fermentation. Fall Promotions: Nana's Autumn Treats Stamp Rally

To celebrate the launch of the seasonal menu, all locations (excluding select stores) will host a stamp rally campaign. Customers who spend ¥1,500 or more on their purchases will receive a stamp card. For each of the next two visits during the promotional period, they can enjoy a complimentary drink (M size; limitations apply) when spending another ¥1,500 or more. The stamp campaign begins on September 9 and runs through October 31, with redemption continuing until November 30.
