Kylee Clarke Takes the Helm at FP Movement
On October 12th, FP Movement, the dynamic activewear brand that is a significant part of the URBN portfolio, announced the recruitment of Kylee Clarke as its first-ever Global Head of Marketing. This new position puts Clarke in charge of shaping the brand’s global marketing strategy, emphasizing the importance of brand experience as FP Movement continues to expand.
Clarke brings with her a wealth of experience gained during her impressive decade-long tenure at Nike. At Nike, she held several influential roles in marketing leadership, notably overseeing retail marketing for Sportswear in North America and leading marketing strategies for various sports categories, including running, training, football, and tennis. Her track record includes orchestrating high-impact campaigns like the Kith x Nike pop-up event and launching the Brand’s inaugural NIL program, Blue Ribbon Elite. Additionally, Clarke played a critical role in promoting Nike's women's half marathon event, the After Dark Tour, and opening the flagship House of Innovation. Clarke’s extensive experience positions her perfectly to guide FP Movement as it carves out its niche in the activewear market.
Prior to her tenure at Nike, Clarke spent five years at David Yurman, focusing on global brand management, and earlier started her career at Lululemon, where she helped widen the brand’s market presence through community-driven initiatives.
Andrea Perez, Global President of FP Movement, expressed her enthusiasm about Clarke's appointment, stating, "Kylee is one of the most accomplished brand builders in the sports and lifestyle marketing landscapes today. Her experience and vision are precisely what we need to shape the future of FP Movement."
For Clarke, the new role at FP Movement represents a thrilling opportunity to build on a burgeoning brand narrative. "Joining FP Movement at this pivotal moment is truly exciting," said Clarke. "There is immense potential to create something significant for women who are passionate about an active lifestyle, and I am keen to collaborate with this talented team to share FP Movement’s story with a broader audience."
Adding to her professional qualifications, Clarke is also a certified yoga instructor and a former Division 1 athlete. She makes her home on the East Coast with her husband and their three sons, balancing her career with family life.
