His talk outlined practical digital transformation (DX) strategies that integrate AI technologies such as AI OCR and electronic fax collaboration, automated payment slip generation for administrative efficiency, and the integration of call center services with overnight transportation for streamlined workflow. He also discussed how to establish online order pathways for flower delivery through an effective combination of e-commerce solutions with funeral home inquiries and automated summarization of calls using CTI technology.

Shiraishi showcased current progress with Smart Call 24 and shared his ambitious plan to complete AI processing for nighttime responses by the end of the year.
