Realty ONE Group Expands Globally with Franchise Expert



In a strategic move aimed at enhancing its international presence, Realty ONE Group International, a modern real estate brand, has partnered with esteemed franchise expert Larry Oberly. This collaboration comes as the company proudly marks its 20th anniversary, reflecting its commitment to accelerating global growth.

Since 2021, Realty ONE Group has expanded from the United States and Canada into 25 countries worldwide. The notable achievements in 2024 under Oberly's guidance and the leadership of Daniel Hernandez, Vice President of International Operations, include the selling of master franchise rights to six new countries and the establishment of 28 new offices in existing international locations.

Larry Oberly brings a wealth of experience, boasting over 34 years in direct franchising across real estate, fast food, and printing services. His past two decades with RE/MAX had him overseeing global operations, managing over 4,000 offices and more than 50,000 real estate professionals across 100 countries. He is recognized as a certified executive by the International Franchise Association (IFA) and serves on the international committee of the IFA.

Danny Hernandez, a real estate broker since 1989, has also played a significant part in expanding Realty ONE Group’s global footprint. His extensive experience includes managing various offices in Florida and internationally, along with a rich network cultivated through his involvement in organizations like the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals (NAHREP).
