The infusion of capital will be directed towards accelerating the development of Hyro’s suite of administrative, operational, and clinical AI agents. These cutting-edge tools are designed to enhance accessibility for patients as they navigate healthcare services through digital platforms and voice interactions. Currently, Hyro’s technology is already active at over 45 leading health systems, including key players like Sutter Health, Tampa General Hospital, Prisma Health, and Piedmont Healthcare. With over 30 million U.S. patients interacting with Hyro’s AI tools, the platform is not only facilitating communication but also actively becoming a lifeline for many seeking medical assistance.

To further widen its reach, Hyro has recently launched its Proactive Px™ system. This innovative platform aims to expand communications to a two-way format, enhancing both inbound and outbound patient interactions, thus addressing patient needs even before they arise.
