  • - 14:05 - 14:50: Lecture 1 by Naoto Muranaka (CEO of Neurodiversity at Work, Inc.) discussing foundational knowledge of neurodiversity and the perspective of the “Ishigaki model” in the Japanese context.
  • - 15:05 - 15:50: Lecture 2 featuring three representatives from employment support organizations (Kaien, General Partners, and Persol Diverse), discussing exceeding preconceived notions of disability employment.
  • - 16:05 - 17:25: Panel Discussion with representatives from companies engaged in disability employment sharing their journeys and future aspirations.
  • - 14:50 - 18:00: Consultation Booths where attendees can engage directly with specialists and organizations about practical implementations.
