Experience the Refreshing Dual Fruit Kakigori: Peach and Shine Muscat at Odakyu Hotel

Refreshing Summer Delight: Peach and Shine Muscat Kakigori

This summer, Odakyu Hotel Century Southern Tower invites you to savor an exquisite dessert that celebrates seasonal fruits in the form of their latest creation: the "W (Double) Fruit Kakigori". This delightful dessert combines the luscious flavors of peach and the refreshing taste of shine muscat, all made with the unique deep pure ice from Shinshu that ensures a gentle melting experience.

Introduction of the W Fruit Kakigori Series

The "W Fruit Kakigori" series started this year with the objective of revealing the authentic flavors of fruits, particularly during the summer months. The first installment was a delightful mix of melon and cherries that was available from May to June, embodying a refreshing early-summer flavor. The second edition, which will run from July 1 to August 31, features the sweet and juicy qualities of peaches paired with the elegant taste of shine muscat.

The Perfect Combination

This unique dessert not only captures the essence of summer fruits but also comes with a creamy panna cotta and a meticulously prepared peach compote in the center. The kakigori, made from Shinshu deep pure ice, is adorned with a syrup combining white peach and red peach puree, enhancing the natural fragrance and rich sweetness of the peach itself. Surrounding this delightful mix are fresh peach slices and glistening shine muscat grapes, providing a whimsical touch of color and added juiciness.

As if that weren’t enough, a delicate peach lace cookie crowns the dish, contributing an exciting textural contrast and a summery aesthetic to this gourmet experience. Guests are encouraged to enhance their dessert further by adding optional accompaniments such as visually stunning macaron shaped like peaches or rich condensed milk, allowing for a customizable tasting adventure that reflects the luxurious moments of summer.
